Hi, I’m Michelle Yvette, the heart and hands behind MY Sourdough Bakehouse. It’s truly a joy and an honor to share freshly baked sourdough bread and treats with my local and surrounding community. Every loaf begins with my 100% organic sourdough starter, carefully nurtured with filtered water and local, organic flour from Janie’s Mill. I thoughtfully choose mostly organic ingredients, locally sourced herbs, and proudly avoid GMOs, artificial colors or flavors, and seed oils—so every bite is as wholesome as it is delicious.
